Many of our days are so monotonous and routine that after several days we totally forgot them.

Life Variety Index is number of days per month that you spend outside your home and are exposed to different and stimulating ideas ,stories ,places and people.
In other words life variety index measures number of days that are different from your routine day.
So your maximum monthly score for life variety index is in 28 to 31 range.
We would suggest that life variety index score should be at least 4. You should be proud of score in 15 to 20 range. Going above 20 range, in our opinion, is real extraordinary life variety index score.
